Loyalty Card Rules and Regulations

Use of this card and/or participation in the program constitutes acceptance of all program rules:

1. May be used at both Edamame Sushi &Grill and Asian Gourmet and Sushi Bar locations
2. Cannot be combined with other discounts such as Happy Hour or special promotions
3. May not be used towards tax, gratuity, purchase of alcohol, or the purchase of gift cards
4. Card will not be replaced if lost or stolen
5. Card must be presented at time of purchase to earn points
6. Points will not be issued for previous transactions
7. You will earn points for every dollar spent.  $1.00 earns 5 points.  Every 500 points is redeemable for $5.00 towards the purchase of food or beverage
8. Rewards will be printed on your receipt, but you will not need to present a receipt to redeem.  Rewards are stored in the restaurant computer system.
9. Rewards are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash
10. Points cannot be transferred between cards
11. Edamame Sushi & Grill and Asian Gourmet and Sushi Bar reserves the right to modify or substitute the program rewards without notice
12. Edamame Sushi & Grill and Asian Gourmet and Sushi Bar reserves the right to discontinue or void a member’s privileges or point balance if any unauthorized points are redeemed or for an unauthorized use of the program
13. Employees of Edamame Sushi & Grill and Asian Gourmet and Sushi Bar and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in the program
14. A card cannot have a negative value.  Any additional amount of money needed to complete a transaction requires another form of payment.
15. Any returns or voids for items paid with loyalty Card points will have the amount returned directly to card.  No cash will be given
16. Rewards can only be redeemed in increments of $5.00
17. Any voids or returns paid with any other method other than Loyalty Card points will result in that amount’s worth of points deducted for Loyalty Card
