1. May be used at both Edamame Sushi & Grill and Asian Gourmet & Sushi Bar locations.

2. Points may not be used toward tax, gratuity or the purchase of gift cards.

3. No points will be given for tax, tips or gift cards.

4. Card will not be replaced if lost or stolen.

7. Card must be presented at time of purchase to earn points.

8. Points will not be issued for previous transactions.

9. You will earn points for every dollar spent. $1.00 equals 5 points. Every 500 points is redeemable for $5.00 towards the purchase of beverages or food items.

10. Rewards will be printed on your receipt, but you will not need to present a receipt to redeem. Rewards are stored in the restaurant’s computer system.

11. Rewards are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

12. Points cannot be transferred between cards.

13. Edamame Sushi & Grill and Asian Gourmet & Sushi Bar reserves the right to modify or substitute the programs rewards without notice.

14. Edamame Sushi & Grill and Asian Gourmet & Sushi Bar reserves the right to discontinue or void a member’s privileges or point balance if any unauthorized points are redeemed or for an unauthorized use of the program.

14. A card cannot have a negative value. Any additional amount of money needed to complete a transaction requires another form of payment.

16. Any returns or voids for items paid with Loyalty Card points will have the amount returned directly to card. No cash will be given.

17. Rewards can only be redeemed in increments of $5.00.

18. Any voids or returns paid with any other method other than Loyalty Card points will result in that amount’s worth of points deducted from Loyalty Card.

19. Employees of Edamame Sushi & Grill and Asian Gourmet & Sushi Bar and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in the program.
